Will I receive the same product as in the picture?

Yes. You will receive all the products as seen in the picture. However, in some cases it may vary because of the lighting on your screen.

I have placed an order online but did not receive any update. Who do I call or email?

You can reach us at support@namakindia.com or call/ whatsapp at (+91) 8006737312. All your orders are packed between Monday to Friday, 10-8 pm. This is the best time for you to contact us and get a timely response. We take 24 to 48 hours to respond to your queries. Please be patient with us. We are here to listen to you:)

When will I receive my package?

For North India, all the orders are delivered within 4 to 5 days and for South/West India, it takes 7 to 8 days for the package to reach you.

My order has not been delivered. What should I do?

Our delivery timelines may vary from location to location. However, it takes 4 to 5 days in North India and 7 to 8 days in South India to deliver all your orders from the date of placing the order. If you don’t receive your order within the given timeframe, drop a line at support@namakindia.com.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be added once you move your products to the cart. These charges may vary and will be added to your final purchase.

What are the locations Namak India delivers to?

We deliver across pan India. This means, you can place your orders from any corner of India!

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email and a text message with tracking details to track your order.

Can I request an exchange or return for my order?

Yes, you can request the exchange and return for your order if you are unsatisfied with the received one. For this, drop a line to support@namakindia.com or call/whatsapp us at (+91) 8006737312 within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will revert back to you within 24 to 48 hours of your request initiation.

Will you arrange the pickup for my order?

Yes, we will initiate a pickup for your order after receiving your request. It may take 7 to 8 days to resolve your request.

How will I get a refund on returning my order?

Once we receive your order back, we will refund your amount.

How can I make the payment?

You can make the payment for your orders through debit card and credit card.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, we only accept prepaid payment methods and so, cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

Can I make payment through UPI method?

Yes, you can make payment through Gpay/ Paytm if you choose to place your order from any social media platform like Instagram.
