1. Product Representation
- You will receive products as shown in the images on our website.
- Due to variations in screen display and lighting, the actual product may differ slightly in color or texture.
2. Order Processing & Response Time
- Orders are packed between Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
- You may contact us during these hours for the quickest response.
- We aim to respond to all queries within 24–48 hours.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Pan-India Delivery: We ship to every corner of India.
- North India: Estimated delivery within 4–5 days from the order date.
- South & West India: Estimated delivery within 7–8 days from the order date.
- Delivery times may vary by location; if your order does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@namakindia.com.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed in your cart before checkout.
- Charges may vary based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.
5. Order Tracking
- After placing your order, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking details.
- Use these details to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

- We will acknowledge your request within 24–48 hours and arrange a pickup.
7. Pickup & Refund
- Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will schedule a pickup.
- Resolution (exchange or refund) typically takes 7–8 days from pickup.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
8. Payment Methods
- We accept prepaid payments only:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- UPI (e.g., GPay, Paytm)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Social-media orders placed via Instagram, etc., can be paid using UPI or cards.
